Fifteen Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 6, 2026 Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OHOUSE LLC ("Fifteen," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Fifteen mobile app and the website at grabfifteen.com (the "Service"). It also explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

Fifteen is a tool for paid, private conversations. Senders pay to start a conversation; receivers set a price, accept requests, and get paid. This policy applies to everyone who uses Fifteen. The Service is currently offered to users in the United States. Your information is generally processed in the U.S., though some of our service providers may process or store it in other countries. Where they do, they remain bound to protect it consistent with this policy.

Summary

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information about payments

Information we collect automatically

We do not ask to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).

Information that is visible to others

If you set up as a receiver and share your link, the people who have your link can see your name, profile photo, bio, expertise, price, and ratings and reviews. The other participant in a conversation can see the messages and content you send them. When you leave a review after a conversation, your name and review may be shown on the other person's profile to people who have their link. We do not publish a public directory of users.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

Fifteen does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

Because we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. Where it applies, we honor recognized browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

About "sensitive personal information"

Two things we handle count as "sensitive personal information" under California law: your account log-in and password, and the contents of your private messages and requests (which are communications between you and another user, for which Fifteen is not the intended recipient).

We use this sensitive information only to provide and secure the Service, for example to log you in and to deliver your messages to the person you are talking to. Under the CCPA, these purposes do not give you a right to "limit" the use of sensitive personal information, so we do not offer a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it. Your financial account details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

We do not use your information to make legally or similarly significant decisions about you through automated means, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

6. Your communication choices

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After that, we keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, using the following criteria:

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. When you delete your account:

If you would like help with deletion or have questions, contact team@grabfifteen.com.

9. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

How to exercise these rights. Email us at team@grabfifteen.com. To protect your information, we will verify your request using information associated with your account, such as your verified email. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly. We will respond within the timeframes the law requires.

Other U.S. states

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not profile you in ways that produce legal or similarly significant effects, those particular opt-outs do not apply. To exercise any available right, contact team@grabfifteen.com.

10. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. For example, we encrypt data in transit using industry-standard TLS, store passwords only in hashed form (never in plain text), keep authentication tokens in your device's secure storage, and limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Service.

Conversations on Fifteen are private between the two participants, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Fifteen can access message content where necessary to operate, support, and secure the Service, to enforce our Terms, and where the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

11. Children's privacy

Fifteen is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or "COPPA") or knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Fifteen. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact team@grabfifteen.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, each with its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies:

These third parties are required to protect your information consistent with this policy and applicable law. We are not responsible for the independent practices of third parties beyond our agreements with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by in-app notice or email) before they take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. We review this policy at least every 12 months. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
